Experience budo, cycling and local attractions while collecting material for overseas audiences.
A five-day Tochigi inspection tour exploring product possibilities for Taiwan’s cycling market.
CASE STUDY — 01
From 10–14 July 2026, we operated a tour through the Utsunomiya, Nikko and Nasu areas to assess product potential for Taiwan’s cycling market. We handled transport, stays, dining, activities, local coordination and full accompaniment.
FIELD NOTES — DAY 2
For each budo experience, we coordinated equipment fitting, etiquette, demonstrations, practice and photography with local instructors, then verified the full first-time guest flow on site.

FIELD NOTES — DAY 3
Day 3 took the group to the Nasu Kogen Long Ride. Taking part as guest riders, they reviewed the riding environment, event operations and filming conditions. These photographs capture encounters at the venue and the food and refreshments at aid stations.

The group moved through fitting, etiquette, demonstrations, practice and photography, allowing us to review support for overseas first-time guests.
DAY 3
As guest riders, the group reviewed the course, event operations and filming conditions, identifying practical requirements for inbound products.
DAY 4
A cycling route was tested alongside sightseeing, dining and rest stops to assess a complete sellable day.
DAY 5
Findings were shared to discuss product development and ongoing cooperation before transport back to the airport.
